Orange City Hospital & Research Institute (OCHRI) owned by Ravi Nair Hospitals Pvt Ltd (RNHPL) is one of few private hospitals that have the rare distinction of rendering consistent significant contribution towards upliftment of the society. The social responsibilities undertaken by OCHRI are quoted as examples by statutory authorities for others to follow. Recently, Free Medical Checkup Camp was organized by team of doctors from Orange City Hospital and Research Institute in association with Smrutishesh Madhukarrao Tamgadge Charitable Trust, Nagpur, at Community Life Centre, Shanti Nagar,Isasani Hingna for the benefit of Hingna residents.
Dr. Rajashree Kapkar- Physician, Dr. Kavita Dhurve- Family Physician, Dr. Honey Khandelwal- DGO PG Trainee, Dr. Ashiya Goveri- Medical Officer and Dr. Atul Dekate- Physiotherapist rendered their expert services while Dr. Noorul Ameen- Medical Superintendent coordinated this camp successfully. Sr. Rashika Dive and Sr. Ashwini Uikey assisted them. Apart from medical health checkup, medicines were also distributed to needy people free of cost by Smrutishesh Madhukarrao Tamgadge Charitable Trust, Nagpur.
On this occasion Dr. Vidya Nair- RNHPL Vice-Chairperson, said that, “Under Corporate Social Responsibility, Orange City Hospital and Research Institute organizes various health screening camps for the benefit of economically poor section, rural population, tribal people, women, senior citizens, and children on regular basis”. Smt. Leena Tamgadge from Tamgadge Trust thanked OCHRI management for organizing this free Preventive Health Check-up Camp and providing team of dedicated Doctors and Nursing staff for this noble cause.
Shri. Anil Dhakate, Shri. Chandu Tiwari, Shri. Ankit from OCHRI and Shri. Amol Kamble, Rohini Bhalerao, volunteers of NGO National Institute of Women Child & Youth Development and HCL Foundation worked hard for the success of this camp. Around 150 general public took the benefit of this camp.
