Recently faculty members of NKP Salve Institute of Medical Sciences, Hingna visited OCHRI Casualty and Critical Care Complex to comprehend the indigenous working protocols implemented at OCHRI which had led to its standing as Central India’s Health Caretaker. Dr.Charuta Gadkari & Dr.Shubhada Deshmukh, Professors of Anesthesiology were deputed by Dr.Amol Deshmukh, Secretary of Vidya Shikshan Prasarak Mandal to review the working of OCHRI Casualty and Critical Care Complex. Dr.Noorul Ameen, Senior Medical Officer Incharge- OCHRI escorted them and sensitized them about the applicable standard operating procedures. Dr.Ashish Shukla, Chest Physician & Section Coordinator- OCHRI CCU Complex, Dr.Rani Lakhe, Physician Intensivist and Dr.Nandu Kolwadkar, ENT Surgeon & Surgical Coordinator explained the intricacies of CCU working to the visitors. Dr.Anup Marar, Director- OCHRI welcomed them and stated that sharing of good management practices (GMP) amongst medical community in a transparent ethical manner will go a long way in improving patient care all over the nation.
