OCHRI CAN NOW APPLY FOR ALL DISEASES TO CM RELIEF FUND

Orange City Hospital & Research Institute is a private hospital with a difference as it reinvests its profits back to society through its various charitable arms. Grants are directed to OCHRI through Chief Minister Relief Fund and TATA TRUSTS for needy children desiring Cochlear Implant Surgeries. Recently Shri.Omprakash Shete from Chief Minister Relief Fund accompanied by Hon’ble Shri.Ashok Kumbhare and Hon’ble Shri.Krishna Khopade, MLAs visited Nagpur based OCHRI.

At the outset they were traditionally welcomed by Shri.Udaybhaskar Nair, Chairman, NAIRSONS Group of Companies. Prominently present on this occasion were Shri.Devendra Mehar, Chairman, Health & Welfare Committee- NMC, Dr.Usha Nair & Dr.Vidya Nair, Directors, Ravi Nair Hospitals Private Limited, Dr.Anup Marar, Director- OCHRI, Dr.Nandu Kolwadkar, Convener- OCHRI Cochlear Implant Program and Dr.Deepak Dongre, SMO Incharge- Yogiraj Hospital (Ramtek). Shri.Omprakash Shete visited the general wards and reviewed the facilities available to admitted patients.

He complimented the exemplary turnout of patients at OCHRI from all over Central India. The itinerary was organised by Smt.Manjiri Damle, Coordinator- OCHRI CIP Cell under guidance of Dr.Anup Marar. Shri.Ganesh Iyer and Shri.Chetan Ragde worked hard for the success of this visit. During this visit, the dignitaries complimented OCHRI for its versatility in service rendition to all classes of populace and conveyed that funds will be henceforth available through CM Relief fund at OCHRI to needy poor patients for any diseases which even includes Road traffic accidents, Renal transplants, Neonatal (New born/ Prematurely) diseases etc.

Shri.Omprakash Shete conveyed the vision of Hon’ble Shri.Devendra Fadnavis to reach out to all needy poor patients through MLA’s of respective constituencies and ensure quality care to them through a network of good disciplined hospitals like OCHRI. He also highlighted the unique TATA TRUST- CM RELIEF FUND grant link provided to OCHRI.
