Malvi Swarnakar Samaj ties Rakhi to Team OCHRI
Doctors protect us and our family members so it is apt that we tie Rakhi to them- Maya Hade
Malvi Swarnakar Sanstha, Nagpur led by Smt. Maya Hade, President- Ladies Wing organized a novel unique thanks giving Rakshabandhan program for the doctors & staff of Orange City Hospital & Research Institute. Recently two critical patients, who were denied admission in other hospitals were brought to Orange City Hospital & Research Institute. By the grace of God and total faith of relatives in treating team at OCHRI they were snatched from the jaws of death and are undergoing treatment. The relatives of said patients as a good will gesture decided to celebrate Rakshabandhan with the doctors and staff of Hospital. Government authorities led by Guardian Minister had visited and applauded Team OCHRI for the ethical responsibility undertaken in managing such critical patients.
On this occasion, in a traditional manner all the lady office bearers of Malvi Swarnakar Sanstha applied tilak to the forehead and tied the sacred thread called Rakhi to Dr. Anup Marar, Dr. Vidya Nair, Dr. Rajesh Atal, Dr. Sudhir Tomey, Dr. Samir Jahagirdar, Dr. Nishikant Lokhande, Dr. Noorul Ameen, Dr. Akshay Burlawar, Dr. Ajay Mungle, Shri.Sanjay Garad, Shri. Ashok Kumre, Shri. Shubham kale and other supporting nursing, paramedical and administrative staff.
Smt. Maya Hade, said that “The concept of Rakshabandhan is mainly protection and trust in the same way all patients and their relatives must have trust & faith towards treating doctors and hospital because every doctor wants their patient to be healthy and cured. She further added that many of their patients were admitted in very critical condition at OCHRI, when other hospitals refused to admit. It is only because of sheer dedication of doctors & staff and complete faith and trust by relatives their patient is improving.”
Dr. Anup Marar stated that it is heartening to see relatives coming to offer thanks in this form. No doctor will ever desire any wrong for his or her patient. They all try their best. But if some unforeseen eventuality happens, people now blame the doctor and even manhandle hospital staff. This has led to a fear complex being generated amongst medical fraternity and is deterring many doctors from admitting and treating any serious case which is detrimental to society. Such faith building measure as done by Malvi Swarnkar Samaj will surely go a long way in removing the fear complex generating in minds of medical fraternity.
