CNBC -TV18 recognizes “India’s Best General Hospital” at the ‘India Healthcare Awards’

CNBC-TV18 in partnership with ICICI Lombard instituted the India Healthcare Awards in 2010 to honor and recognize the healthcare providers in the country who are doing a great job in the given situation. This Award, now in its 4th year, has become the most definitive award in the healthcare space with over 27 winners in 2013 during the selection from more than 3500 hospitals.

Orange City Hospital and Research Institute, the first fully dedicated ethical quality healthcare organization in India, reasserted its leadership in national health arena by winning the “Best General Hospital” title at the prestigious ICICI Lombard CNBC TV18 India Healthcare Awards, 2013. It is highlighted that, OCHRI has won the award, outperforming over 3,500 hospitals and healthcare service providers across India. It is proud moment for Nagpur when amongst all hospitals of India, only OCHRI was distinctly considered as Best General Hospital of India in this rigorous selection process.

The winners include reputed Hospitals like All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Tata Memorial Hospital, Shankara Nethralaya Chennai, Hinduja Hospital Mumbai; Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai and Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi among others.”
